The course consists of 8 weekly 2 and half hour classes & one full day, this is a highly participatory, practical course including:
Guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
Gentle stretching and mindful movement
Group dialogue and discussions aimed at enhancing awareness in everyday life
Daily home practice
Three home practice CDs and a home practice manual
The course is challenging and life-affirming. I am accomplished and skilled at creating a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.

N.B – as well as the 8 weekly classes this programme also includes an all day retreat (date and location to be confirmed). It also includes a 93 page work and information book, file and 3 audio tracks for practice.
There will be a one week break on 7 June so the course will continue on until the last tuesday in June, making it 9 weeks in total.
