It’s been quite the year and it not over yet… As you are already a practioner you KNOW that practice supports our resilience and helps us stay well in body and mind. This weekend is an opportunity to do just that, to go deeper into a practice as community online – connected but socially distant. In 2020 is the only way we can retreat.
It will be beneficial if you can set your space up in such a way as to facilitate silence and peace in your own home in order get the full benefit.
We will devote time to mindfulness and self-compassion practice, deep- relaxation, mindful movement, mindful walking, guided meditation and discussion.
In my experience with zoom meditation since March 2020 I believe we can still benefit ALOT from a retreat like this. Despite not being physically present we support each other spiritually and emotionally. It will be a special weekend to be remembered.
It is advised that you should have previous mindfulness experience before booking this weekend, there will be lots of silence.
