It’s not possible to go on a physical ‘retreat’ at the minute so why not set up a home retreat.
This will be quiet day to restore and relax your mind, body and spirit. You will be guided in a series of mindful practices including:
There will be an hour break for lunch and you are encouraged to turn your phone off for the day and let the other members of your household know that you are ‘on retreat’.
This day is part of the 8-week MBSR course I am currently running.
