It’s the course that started this whole ‘mindfulness’ phenomena. It has been extensively researched and proven to change lives and minds for the better.

This 8-week programme will give you all the tools to combat stress and live more meaningfully and mindfully. The course gives you guided instruction in mindful practices including gentle mindful movement, meditation and group discussion. You also get a 90 page workbook, three CDs with guided practices and a full day retreat including lunch.

Mindfulness practice class at Namaste

I’ve been running this class now for over four years, it’s a weekly introduction to mindfulness. We call it ‘wonderful moment’ meditation 🙂

You can do this course if you are an absolute beginner or an old hand with a beginner’s mind…
