Click the Buy Tickets link to pay directly for the class you want or visit my Eventbrite page.  For some classes, particularly the 8-week programmes it is possible pay in other ways to avoid the booking fee. Since March 2020 all classes, retreats and trainings have been online via Zoom. Select in person classes from October 2021.

8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This is the course to do if you want Mindfulness to change your life.

It’s the course that started this whole ‘mindfulness’ phenomena. It has been extensively researched and proven to change lives and minds for the better.

This 8-week programme will give you all the tools to combat stress and live more meaningfully and mindfully. The course gives you guided instruction in mindful practices including gentle mindful movement, meditation and group discussion. You also get a 90 page workbook, three CDs with guided practices and a full day retreat including lunch.
