8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

This is the course to do if you want Mindfulness to change your life.

This 8-week programme will give you all the tools to combat stress and live more meaningfully and mindfully. The course gives you guided instruction in mindful practices including gentle mindful movement, meditation and group discussion.
