I’d a wonderful day in Glenariff today and it reminded me to remind you that your all invited to my retreats in early 2020! Yes I’m offering not one but TWO retreats the first is from Friday 24-Sunday 26 January 2020 in Drumalis Larne. This will be a mindful reflective weekend to enjoy silence space and deepening practice. The second retreat is the week after from Friday 31 January – Sunday 2 February in the Marine Hotel, Ballycastle. An active yoga retreat to renew and recharge.
