True Refuge: Silent Retreats on Antrim Coast
A weekend to truly rest. 'True Refuge' takes place at Drumalis Retreat Centre, Larne, on the beautiful Antrim coast — 1–3 May 2026. Includes guided meditation, mindful coastal walks, deep relaxation, self-compassion practices, and noble silence. All meals and ensuite accommodation included. Only 20 places.
