In the media

Bridgeen has been doing this for a while and has frequently appeared in local media over the years…

5 September 2014, Stormont, Belfast

In October 2018 Bridgeen got this message via LinkedIn “I wanted to reach out and thank you for the mindfulness Ted Talk you delivered. I watch it all the time and it really helps me. Both the wisdom and knowledge you impart and also the calm and relaxing way you deliver it help me find my centre. I’ve had a tough year personally and I often revert to this talk to help. Anyway.. a big thanks from over here in Scotland.” :- Still relevant and worth watching

Back in June 2022 Bridgeen appeared as a guest on Belinda O’Neill’s new podcast ‘Be Inspired to be‘ They recorded the podcast in person in April 2022 in Granite Studio’s, Newry.

You can find the podcast on any good podcast provider, wherever you get your podcasts if you search ‘be inspired to be’ you will find it, it’s only 26 minutes long so perfect for a short walk or car journey – though there is a brief meditation in the middle so don’t try that while driving!

Here is the link for the podcast on Apple podcast.
