In October 2018 Bridgeen got this message via LinkedIn “I wanted to reach out and thank you for the mindfulness Ted Talk you delivered. I watch it all the time and it really helps me. Both the wisdom and knowledge you impart and also the calm and relaxing way you deliver it help me find my centre. I’ve had a tough year personally and I often revert to this talk to help. Anyway.. a big thanks from over here in Scotland.” :- Still relevant and worth watching 🙂

Bridgeen was on Lynette Fay’s show in October 2020 and again on 31 December. The first time she was taking with Lynette on the importance of self-compassion and on new year’s eve it was about why its ok to be lazy sometimes… she wrote a blog about it here: https://www.immeasurableminds.co.uk/have-you-been-lazy-enough-today/
You can catch her last conversation with Lynette for 30 days after on BBC sounds here.
Bridgeen was a guest on local Radio Presenter, Cate Conway’s podcast in August 2020, released in September 2020. The episode explores self-compassion and how we should be kind to ourselves in the face of grief.
Please search your usual podcast place ‘Cate Conway’ and you will find it or copy this link:

She discussed how taking time out and happiness practices like gratitude make a big difference in our lives – unfortunately the recording is no longer available on iPlayer.
– my bit is short and sweet but it does feature my ‘happiness jar’ and Andy the puppy many of you will know especially from the Namast class 🙂 My advice on resolutions is not to beat yourself up when you fall off the wagon (which is inevitable) but to simple start again without recrimination! Good luck!
Bridgeen writes about how mindfulness can help business people cope with stress and be happier and more productive.
Bridgeen was interviewed on UTV Live on 21 January 2014 on the belief that this is the worst day of the year! She explained to the reporter that with mindfulness every day can be a happy day as when we return to the present moment we realise all the wonderful conditions we have to be present! This interview has now disappeared from the UTV website.
Three people who attended Bridgeen’s MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course talk about how they recovered from stress and anxiety. Also, Bridgeen shares mindfulness tips and information.
In this Ulster Tatler piece about Bridgeen and mindfulness classes, the benefits of mindfulness for daily life are explained.
In this Belfast Telegraph interview, Bridgeen and some of her students talk about the difference mindfulness has made to their lives.
