In October 2018 Bridgeen got this message via LinkedIn “I wanted to reach out and thank you for the mindfulness Ted Talk you delivered. I watch it all the time and it really helps me. Both the wisdom and knowledge you impart and also the calm and relaxing way you deliver it help me find my centre. I’ve had a tough year personally and I often revert to this talk to help. Anyway.. a big thanks from over here in Scotland.” :- Still relevant and worth watching 🙂

Bridgeen was on Lynette Fay’s show in October 2020 and again on 31 December. The first time she was taking with Lynette on the importance of self-compassion and on new year’s eve it was about why its ok to be lazy sometimes… she wrote a blog about it here: https://www.immeasurableminds.co.uk/have-you-been-lazy-enough-today/
You can catch her last conversation with Lynette for 30 days after on BBC sounds here.

– my bit is short and sweet but it does feature my ‘happiness jar’ and Andy the puppy many of you will know especially from the Namast class 🙂 My advice on resolutions is not to beat yourself up when you fall off the wagon (which is inevitable) but to simple start again without recrimination! Good luck!
