Happy Lunar New Year! Are you ready to shed some old ways in this transformative Year Of The Snake?
Lots of us see January as the worst month of the year. But if we didn’t have January we couldn’t have the fun of July or December. In the wheel of the year getting though a long January is an achievement! So well done! And welcome to February - don’t worry if you haven’t stuck to your new year’s resolution, Spring is actually the best time to start a new healthy habit... And today happens to be Imbolc otherwise known as the first day of spring in the Celtic Wheel of the Year. And my name saint St Bridget's day too :) Ask her to help with the new you!
The key to sticking to a new habit is to start small. You can have a big goal and then make small steps.
This year, I made a big commitment to offer daily mediations every morning at 7.30am. It’s amazing what a big difference it’s making to the lives of all of us who show up every day.
Making one change and sticking to it, means that after a while you can start to build other healthy habits around it. New habits are a long-term plan, not a quick fix. Like many things introducing mindfulness or meditation practice takes time to see change but drop by drop the water bucket fills.
My daily meditations aren’t really a small step, so it probably best you've had some experience with the practice, it’s a half hour every week day morning. Some attendees can only come 3 mornings but the benefits are still real. It’ proving to be my most powerful offering. And you are invited to join us for Mindful Mornings February to kick start your day with positivity and intention.

I really can’t add much more to those 13 comments! But in case your wondering why my little girl is mentioned - it because she is often there too, with my dog! It's impossible to keep them out in the mornings, but that's real life isn't it? Many of the attendee's have their kids with them too. So yip, feel free to come as you are.
